Excellent séjour Yoga Danse Pilates à la Villa Manouk avec Sanaz. La villa est en hauteur dans la vallée, entourée de forêt 🌲. Le lieu très accueillant et chaleureux. Merci à Eric pour la cuisine végane incroyable tout au long du séjour ! 🍲 Milles mercis à Sanaz pour sa gentillesse et sa douceur, sa rigueur et son énergie, sa bienveillance et son humanité. Merci pour les tutos salsa💃🏼 et wacking, pour le twerk 🙈, pour la belle découverte des différents yogas 🧘🏼‍♀️, et pour l'intensité des séances de pilates 🏋🏼‍♀️ Et merci à mes compagnons de stage pour avoir rendu ce moment très joyeux et sympathique ! The yoga retreat was worth it! The professor was great, the place was stunning and the atmosphere very relaxing, everything I was looking for!

Had a wonderful time at Villa Manouk in Ardèche. Our teacher, Sanaz, is highly qualified and shared her incredible knowledge seamlessly with a group of diverse ages and skill levels. She went above and beyond what was expected, and I highly recommend her. Our chef, Eric, was excellent; the food was delicious, and his friendly, warm disposition made our stay truly delightful. I will deeply miss his amazing vegetarian cooking!Villa Manouk is an exceptional location in a unique setting—the perfect place to completely disconnect. My only tiny caveat is that there was quite a bit of dust and spiderwebs under the beds, and the old sunbed mattresses could use a refresh. Overall, I adored my stay and wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Très décue par Vawanda, la différence entre la proposition et la réalité est affligeante : Hébergement vieillot, inconfortable et très sale, repas très limités par le budget et l’état de la cuisine, d’autant plus que ces problèmes était connus auparavant selon Vawanda. Remboursement de 50€ seulement, c’est symbolique. Heureusement, super prof de yoga (merci Alvina) et région magnifique.
